Before Tushara Aradyula joined Athena Club as their Accounting Manager, the company’s finance department was a one-man team. Their Head of Finance was deep in the weeds, while still taking on ad hoc tasks; the accounting function was constantly being pushed down, with other parts of the business taking higher priority.
